Charly Boy, a maverick singer and activist, has been linked to Eedris Abdulkareem's 2004 feud with 50 Cent. In 2004, 50 Cent came to Nigeria with his team for a four-city ‘Star Mega Jams' tour.
However, a rift between Eedris Abdulkareem and 50 Cent prompted the US rapper and his entourage to depart Nigeria.
In a recent Instagram post, Charly Boy claimed he helped chase 50 Cent out of Nigeria for hitting Eedris Abdulkareem, whom he later labeled as a “ungrateful son”.
“After I showed 50 Cent's people craze, I had them depart Nigeria that day, disregarding the rest of their Nigerian tour,” he wrote.

In a video response, Eedris Abdulkareem accuses Charly Boy of selling him out and attempting to steal his glory.

“Charly Boy, You extorted N70M from Nigerian Breweries. In the plane that day, DJ Tee recorded everything that transpired, including the attack by 50 Cent and G-Unit.
“Ko boko chased Psquare, KC Presh, and E-Money out of the backstage after you colluded with the organizers.
“Stand up for what is right, make your life meaningful and beautiful,” Eedris wrote.
