On Friday, 9,260 new COVID-19 infections were reported.Unfortunately, 140 people have died from COVID in the last 24 hours.
The dead toll has risen to 92,252. The percentage of positive is 20.2 percent.
With 2,435 new cases, the Western Cape is the infection hotspot.
KwaZulu-Natal is second with 2,303, followed by Gauteng with 1,813.
