Pogba contract offer

Paul Pogba will be free to leave Manchester United in less than six months. The Red Devils have had a rollercoaster five years since signing the French midfielder from Juventus.

Pogba, 28, and his Mino Raiola-led entourage have frequently irritated his employer.

His super-agent has never been bashful about publicly promoting his star client to other teams, including a possible reunion with Juventus.

With Pogba out injured and his contract set to expire, fans are left wondering if they'll ever see him play for the team again.

A January move is unlikely, but not impossible.

Earlier rumors stated the Red Devils had made an approach to the 28-year-old.

Specialist transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has told fans the Red Devils have offered Pogba a better deal.

But, according to a recent Daily Mail story, this is not the case.

A spokesman for the France international claimed no contract offer had been made and that the midfielder's sole focus remained on getting fit.

“To clarify recent media claims, Paul has not been offered a new contract. Paul is entirely focused on his injury recovery and returning to the team as soon as feasible.

Interim manager Ralf Rangnick said the bulk of his senior team remain on board with his teaching methods, but admitted some are unhappy.

“Ten outfielders can play and three can be substituted,” Rangnick told reporters (as quoted by the Evening Standard). In our instance, 12, 13 players don't even play, or aren't even in the team.

“So those players are not pleased. It's evident.

“We have a vast squad. In our squad as well as other clubs, I explain to players every two or three weeks why they are not playing.
