In their brother Rob Kardashian's domestic violence case against ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna, a judge has ordered the Kardashian-Jenners to be deposed once more.
Dream Kardashian is the daughter of Rob and Chyna, who had an E! reality show with the same name during their brief relationship. However, things between the two became sour, and a custody struggle ensued.
Rob also filed a lawsuit against Chyna in 2017, alleging she committed domestic violence against him in their former home in December 2016.
In November 2017, Chyna filed a separate lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenners, alleging that they lied about her attacking Rob to keep the pair from receiving another season of their reality show.
At the time, a judge deposed the famous family.
Despite their opposition to being deposed in the case, a judge has ordered all four to testify again.
"Despite their protest to the trial court that they are 'too busy operating billion-dollar firms' to comply with Chyna's subpoenas," Chyna's attorney Lynne Ciani stated in a statement to E! News, "Chyna will be able to examine all four persons." "The trial court agreed with Chyna that Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie are not above the law and must answer questions asked by her attorney under oath."
The trial is set to begin on February 23.
