The Police Service Commission has given the Nigeria Police Force two weeks to complete investigations into the case of suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari.
The announcement was made by the commission's Head of Press and Public Relations, Ikechukwu Ani, in a statement released on Friday.
The police have also been asked by the Commission to ensure that the probe is conducted by a different panel.
