MAN UNITED ace Even though they broke up eight months ago, Marcus Rashford is back with his childhood sweetheart.
Marcus and Lucia Loi, both 24, reconnected shortly before Christmas.
Lucia was seen getting into Wayne Rooney's car after United's 1-0 loss to Wolves on January 3.
She also shared a strange Instagram photo of a tattooed man's hand on her boot.
"They've always wanted to get back together," an insider stated.
It gave them both room and comfort that they wanted to make things work moving ahead.
"They've been together since school, so a chance to relax and unwind was vital."
"They have a common history," added another. She is one of his closest friends. They reunited before Christmas and are taking it slow.
"But they are happy together, and he trusts her."
The Sun reported last May that Marcus and Lucia had broken up and she had moved out after the Covid lockdown caused problems.
A source stated the pair had a "strong mutual respect and love" for one other after eight years together.
Marcus was awarded an MBE last year for raising £20 million for free school lunches during the pandemic.
As a result of his campaign, the Government provided summer vouchers to 1.3 million school-aged youngsters.
