But not Khloe Kardashian, she happily sweats it out for an astonishing three hours.
The 30-year-old star disappeared inside her gym all morning on Monday in Los Angeles, California.

And it was not enough that she did such a long stretch - she also enjoyed it.
The
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took to Instagram later on Monday
to thank her trainer Gunnar Peterson for putting her though her paces.
The star wrote: 'Thanks @gunnarfitness for torturing me today. #Ooouuucccccchhhhhhh.'
Dangerous

Working hard is nothing new to the brunette, who has consistently been slimming down for the last year.
On Sunday, while most people were enjoying a lie in, Khloe was up early and hitting the gym.
This
time the star was working on her cardio skipping before hitting the
Cardioramp, a type of elliptical meets treadmill machine, for around an
hour to burn off over 700 calories.

Taking a picture of her workout Khloe captioned it: 'I was motivated today!!!'
But while she may be putting in the long hours at the gym, the reality star is also being careful to keep her famous curves.
On Monday, it was apparent that Khloe's booty is not going anywhere anytime soon.
