Katy
Perry invited a fan onstage to celebrate her special day during her
performance at the Honda Centre in Anaheim, California, on Tuesday
evening, the latest stop on her Prismatic World Tour.
Both were dressed in what the pop superstar calls her Birthday Suit, a colourful body suit emblazoned with pop art images
and the words Happy Birthday over the shoulders in yellow and pink.

The
29-year-old sat the young fan in a special chair decorated with painted
balloons and surrounded by real ones on top of a rotating birthday
cake.
Katy
added even more colour by donning a blue and green wig with short
pigtails, while the fan had a special birthday cake hat on, complete
with candles.
And the delighted blonde couldn't wipe
the smile off her face as she held her camera to take selfies with her
pop idol in front of the packed out auditorium.

The
star sang her hit, Birthday, before hitching up to wires to fly across
the audience while confetti and balloons descended on the crowd.
The stunning outfit was among a number of costume changes during the two-hour performance.
At
one point the Roar star pulled on a pink sparkly body suit, a white
cage skirt, pink cat's ears and a diamante-covered neck piece.

In
another, the bright spark lit up the evening as she sang Firework in a
long trailing skirt decorated with images of sparklers and rockets.
Prismatic is Katy's third concert tour, which is promoting her fourth studio album, Prism.
The tour began on May 7, in Belfast, Northern Ireland and is due to end March 22 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Meanwhile,
Katy has a fight on her hands at the upcoming MTV Europe Music Awards
after scoring seven nominations - one more than pop rival Ariana Grande.

The ceremony will be held in Glasgow, Scotland, on November 9.
Katy
will be on the Australia leg of her tour then and she has two days off
between gigs in Perth on November 8 and Adelaide on November 11.
But it seems unlikely she will be able to make the long round trip.
