With Beverly Hills Cop 4 in production, Eddie Murphy obviously needs to stay energised.
The
53-year-old funny man returned to his usual Los Angeles coffeehouse on
Wednesday for a large coffee to go alongside his 35-year-old girlfriend
Paige Butcher.
Eddie
was looking cool and fit in white linen cargo trousers, a grey T-shirt
that showed off his buff torso and stylish trainers.
Coffee run: Eddie Murphy stepped out with gal
pal Paige Butcher to his favourite haunt in LA - Coffee Bean & Tea
Leaf - for a cup of java on Wednesday
The actor was in the best of moods too, no doubt due to the cup of java in his hand.
Eddie
gave the thumbs up to passers-by while displaying a healthy dose of
bling as well as seen in the shining watch, pendant necklace and diamond
stud earrings.
Australian
model Paige kept it stylish in black sandals, black and white patterned
trousers, and a black top that allowed glimpses of her taut stomach
underneath.
Refilling station: The Beverly Hills Cop star gave the thumbs up as he crossed the car park to the coffee house
What heatwave: Eddie went for a hot beverage while Paige sipped on an iced coffee drink
She carried an iced coffee beverage as the pair left The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Paige
and Eddie, who started dating two years ago, actually have known each
other since 2006 when they worked together on the film Big Momma's House
2.
Eddie,
who has had a notorious love life and is the father of eight children
with four different women, is having quite the effect on Paige, who
previously dated model-actor Tyson Beckford and business mogul Russell
Simmons.
Back on the beat: The 53-year-old actor has been filming Beverly Hills Cop 4 in Detroit this summer
Message check: The multitasking star scanned his iPhone for calls as he left the cafe with Paige
Now that she's serious with Eddie, Paige refuses to get on board the social networking trend.
'I’m in a relationship with a celebrity, so I felt like there’s already enough of me out there,' she told Vanity Fair last year. 'I felt like I was giving out too much information. I was giving people too much access.'
Meanwhile,
Eddie is currently back to working as police detective Axel Foley in
the fourth installment of the Beverly Hills Cop franchise, according to
TVGuide.com.
Shooting began earlier this summer in Detroit, Michigan with a planned March 2016 release in the US.
Feeling fine: Eddie and his Aussie girlfriend were the picture of contentment during a hand-holding coffee run on Monday in LA
