And showing that nothing is too sacred to share Lady Gaga’s make-up artist uploaded a video of the Poker Face singer getting her septum pierced.
The video, which shows the 27-year-old looking calm, features hard electronic music throughout the nose piercing process.
Not born that way: Lady Gaga had her septum pierced while in Chicago
Following the process the singer posed alongside piercer Steve Bennet, showing off her natural beauty as she went make-up free once again.
Shortly after the video went online fans began to speculate about whether the music was in fact a hint of what to expect from her forthcoming album ARTPOP.
However her make-up artist quickly dispelled the rumours tweeting: ‘The music's not from the album, it's from the experience xoxo’.

Answering some of their questions he wrote: ‘She was so fun and full of energy. It was such a pleasure meeting her. Cannot wait till her new album is released!’

It will be her first appearance since having hip surgery in February and she will be performing the first single from her hotly anticipated new album ARTPOP, which as of yet has not been named.
The blonde singer recently revealed that her new album will visit the pain of her past and dramatically described the moment she handed the first single over to her record label.
In a post on her new website, LittleMonsters.com, she wrote: 'ARTPOP as they pry the single from my bleeding fingers.
‘Its a scary thing to revisit those things underneath, the pain in your past. but all I found was raw passion. I thought I was destroyed inside. im just ready to fight. start the music. (Sic)'
