The Labour Party's Mr. Peter Obi, often known as "the Obidients," has sent an emotional letter to his fans.
Obi, who finished third in the recently held presidential election, said he and his running mate Datti Baba-Ahmed were aware that his followers had endured vitriol, physical assaults, loss of rights and privileges, as well as indignities and vexatious fighting words, as well as cruel trolls.
Following an alleged audio conversation between him and Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church, he made his declaration in a series of tweets on Monday using his verified Twitter account.
