In celebration of Bob-Manuel Obidimma Udoku's 60th birthday, which will be celebrated on April 18, 2023, President Muhammadu Buhari sent him warm birthday wishes. Nollywood, where the renowned actor has dominated for many years and appeared in more than 200 films, also joined in the celebration.
The second-largest film industry in the world, with a strong global presence and recognition, was structured by Bob-Manuel, who served in various capacities as an actor, director, and producer. Buhari noted this in a statement released on Monday by Femi Adesina, Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity.
The actor ran for office in his home state of Anambra and worked with three governments as a senior special assistant for new media and a special adviser on entertainment, leisure, and tourism. The president praised the actor's bravery for entering politics and holding public office.
President Buhari thinks Bob-Manuel's expertise in the arts and entertainment would always be useful, especially when advising younger people on their career choices. Bob-Manuel is 60 years old.
The President prayed for the actor who has won numerous awards and his family's well-being.
