In the last 24 hours, South Africa has seen 15,424 new COVID-19 infections. The Western Cape had 3,324 cases, followed by KwaZulu-Natal with 4,009 illnesses. The number of new cases in Gauteng has increased to 3,316. Unfortunately, another 35 people have died, bringing the total number of persons killed to 90,453.
