The video of security agents in Togo abusing Nigerians passing through the country's airport has gone viral.
According to unsubstantiated allegations circulating on social media, a group of Nigerians traveling from the United States on Ethiopian Airlines had a connecting trip on Saturday, December 18 that would take them through Gnasingbe Eyadema International Airport in Togo.
However, after receiving confirmed flights from the United States, airline personnel allegedly informed them that the jet was fully booked and that they would be unable to travel to Nigeria.
