During a flight, a flying passenger caught the moment she spotted several female passengers kneeling in their seats.
A number of women are seen struggling to sit properly in the footage, which has since gone viral.
Some people are kneeling on the ground, while others are kneeling in their seats.
"So I got on my flight today and everyone seated around me just had surgery," the woman filming wrote in the caption as she shared the video online.
"They had never met before."
