Khloe also talked about continuing to love someone when you're not with them, perhaps in reference to Lamar who she has been supporting through his recovery from a life-threatening overdose in October.

'It's okay to move on from them but you could still love them from a distance,' she said.

'If people are destructive to you emotionally, that doesn't mean you can't still love them. You just have to learn to take better care of yourself...To each their own so, I don't think there is one way to get over anybody.

'I do know that if you find another guy to flirt with it's a little easier,' she joked. But um, no, I think the issue on hand will still be there.'
