Joe Odom, 62, told PageSix.com on Sunday that he blames the reality television star for his eviction from his Los Angeles home.
He said that he was 'forced back to Brooklyn' when the 31-year-old stopped paying his rent.
Talking to the Post, he said: 'Khloé didn’t even have the guts to tell me herself that my rent wasn’t going to be paid anymore.
'She
got the guys who handle Lamar’s money to call me and they said the rent
wouldn’t be paid, I gotta move and my phone was going to get cut off,'
he continued to explain.
The
former LA Lakers star, 36, spent four months in hospital after he
almost died in October when he collapsed into a coma after a four day
drink and drugs binge at a Nevada brothel.

Lamar had paid his disabled father’s $4,000 rent for 10 years until Khloe pulled the plug last November, they report.
'She disrespected me. She decided to kick me out of my home when Lamar was in hospital in Nevada,' he told them.
The vet told them he can’t work because he suffers from PTSD and pneumonia, is now barely scraping by.
'I just wish I could be at his side in LA to support him, but Khloé doesn’t want me there,' Joe told PageSix.

She
put the duo's divorce on ice so she could make decisions regarding his
treatment and stayed by his side throughout his tough recovery.
Once she refiles it will take six months for the divorce to go through.
Despite
speculation that she may reconcile with the basketball player after
helping nurse him back to health, Khloe is now 'ready to move on,'
according to a source quoted by People magazine.
'She
doesn't agree with some of Lamar's choices in the past few weeks,' the
source said. 'She plans on refiling for divorce soon.'
'She and Lamar are just figuring out the finances first,' the source explained, as to why Khloe hasn't yet filed the papers.
Khloe
and Lamar wed in September 2009, just one month after meeting, and she
originally filed for divorce in December 2013 amid rumours that her
estranged husband was not only cheating on her but abusing drugs.

Joe told the publication that he believes Kardashian is 'smothering' Lamar and attempting to cut off their communication.
'Whenever
I call him, she answers. She must be checking his texts, too. I can’t
always get through to him anymore,' he told them.
'She
may be Lamar’s wife, but I’m his father. She shouldn’t have cut me out
of his life like she has,' he complained to PageSix.
Last
week, Joe told them he was finally able to get through to Lamar, who
reassured his father that he would 'sort it out,' but nothing has
changed, he says.

Joe
Odom told the publication that he is particularly concerned about the
former NBA star after he was spotted drinking with pals in LA.
'Drinking
is a slippery slope to all kinds of vices, and I want Lamar to stay
away from it. It won’t help his recovery. I’m praying he makes it, of
course,' he reportedly told them.
It's
reported that Lamar is attending daily rehab at Cedars Sinai Medical
Center in LA while he recovers from severe kidney damage from his
three-day drink, drugs and sex session last year.
Lamar
was seen spending time recently in Los Angeles with ex-girlfriend Liza
Morales and her two children by Lamar - son Lamar Jr. and daughter
Destiny.
Khloe split with another NBA player, Houston Rockets star James Harden in January, after he reportedly cheated on her.
She was spotted dining with NBA player Brandon Jennings last month in Malibu.
