The season 12 premiere titled Out With the Old, in With the New saw the sisters battling with their wayward men, with Scott Disick back causing heartache, Lamar Odom coming home from hospital and brother Rob Kardashian threatening to tear apart the family by dating Blac Chyna.
But it was Caitlyn who caused the biggest heartbreak when she called Khloe to complain about her discussion during press interviews while in New York.
'Instead she tells me to get a life and shut up - and I'm like, ''You shut up and you get a f***ing life,'' Khloe recalled angrily to her mom.
I don't have a relationship with her, I'm done,' she insisted adamantly.
The
fiery exchange led Kris to call her ex - but only leaving her in tears
as Caitlyn remained defiant in her anger at Khloe even discussing her at
all.

'Now
you know how I feel!' Kris said angrily, still fuming about remarks
Caitlyn made in her own first interviews with Vanity Fair and Diane
Sawyer.
But
her anger turned to tears when she started pleading with Caitlyn for
understanding, sobbing: 'You were her dad since she was five years old.
Like, give her a break!'
'Being
a mom can be so difficult when you have to protect your kids and look
out for what's best for them,' she said later to camera, admitting that
it can be 'so overwhelming I just want to break down' when she knows
they are hurting.

She
said Khloe was already 'very stressed out' over Lamar and his
near-death overdose, adding: 'The last thing she needs is anyone getting
angry at her about anything, especially Caitlyn.'
But
the table were turned when the girls all got angry at Kris for standing
by their brother Rob for dating Blac - who is Kylie's boyfriend Tyga's
ex - with Kris instead turning her anger on them.
As Kris said they needed to be 'more understanding' of their brother, insisting: 'He can't find his way right now, he's lost.'

But
they failed to hide their anger when she did not deny supporting him
financially to buy a house next to his new love, with Kim telling her
she 'should not be paying for your son who is almost 30 to buy a house'
and Khloe insisting: 'Drop him. Cut the cord.'
Their
harsh response backfired, however, with Kris angrily telling them: 'All
of you can f*** off and think of something else to talk about.
'I've seen you guys through so much s*** that I have to f***ing put up with,' she continued.

She
then turned to Kim and cuttingly teased her for her doomed marriage to
Kris Humphries, saying: 'I'm married for 72 days.' Really? That was
normal.'
She
then added to all of them: 'I mean the s*** that we've all gone
through? You guys can do anything you want and it's OK and I'm supposed
to accept it all.
'I'm gonna do the same thing for him. So stop judging me!,' Kris told her daughters who were left in silence.

normal: Kris brought up Kim's 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries as she
deployed a successful rebuttal that left her daughters silent
Her outburst seemed to have an effect - with Khloe later telling her sisters they need to go easier on their mother.
'Even
if I don't agree with what Rob's doing, my mom is just being Rob's mom,
and she is doing exactly what she would do for me, for Kim or for
Kourt,' Khloe said later to camera.
'I think we just have to be way more aware and appreciative of everything she does for us.'

Kim also admitted that they all know Kris 'is coming from a good place and he's her son' and so they need to 'back off.'
While
Lamar did not make an appearance in the premiere, his presence was
heavy - with Khloe stressing about having to leave for New York the week
he finally got home from hospital, and getting her mom to help find and
decorate a suitable place for him to live in.
She
also found he was the key topic in every interview she gave - making it
very clear that at the time she was confused about whether or not they
would get back together.

Complaining
that everyone asks about 'my relationship with Lamar and am I back
together,' she admitted: 'And, like, I just - I don't know. It's just a
really difficult thing to answer.'
She
added: 'I love Lamar, and we've been through so much, but there's so
much more than has to be resolved. There's a lot of hurt and things that
need to be fixed.
'I don't know… I'm figuring out where I really am right now,' Khloe added.

But
Scott was a large part of the premiere as he tried to settle into his
new home close to Kris's - making no secret that it was part of a pitch
to try to win back Kourtney.
'Unfortunately
I feel like you always learn your lesson when things have already
passed and it's too late,' he said of losing his ex.
'I
wasn't really around for a little bit for everybody - it's
disappointing and hurtful for myself, but trying to make up for it I
guess you'd say.'

He
was seen getting closer again to the family, giving Khloe a tour of the
home and insisting he was not looking for anyone new in his life
'I don't want a girlfriend. I'm not thinking about that to be honest,' he told her.
But
he also admitted to her that he was 'depressed' as the house is 'way,
way, way too big for a single human being living alone,' admitting later
on camera: 'I'm sure a lot of people wish these were their problems.
But it's a drop lonely living alone in a big house.'

He
was also seen several times with Kris, having lunch, taking healthy
cooking classes together and even shopping for kitchen supplies for a
dinner party he planned to try to impress the family.
He
told Kris that he was 'physically fine - emotional I'm always f***ed
up,' adding: 'I just really wanna feel decent and be happy and take care
of the kids.'
Kris
insisted: 'I think Scott is finding his way - and I think he realizes
he messed up a good thing. His kids are my grandchildren - so yeah, I
love Scott a lot.'

But
Scott admitted his main motivation for cleaning up his act, saying on
camera: 'In the back of my mind Kourtney's always, always there, so all I
can do is hope one day things fall into place and I could be able to
raise my kids together with her.
'At the end of the day I still love Kourtney and that's what's important to me. And it always will be.'
However,
he could not hide is disappointment when she did not stick around for
long when he asked her to help him and Kris shop for kitchen items,
complaining: 'Kourt came, she stopped by, said hi, all I wanted was her
two cents and maybe we got one, not two.

'In
the back of my mind I want everyone to be proud of me, I want my kids
to be proud of me, and I want Kourtney to be proud of me. But she seems
to not really care - so a little disappointed.'
Kourtney,
however, had been blunt about her lack of interest in them getting back
together, saying on camera: 'When it comes to Scott I am not looking to
get back together anytime soon.'
And she insisted her shopping trip help was 'as a friend' with her insisting: 'I don't feel like I'm giving any false hope.'

Her
fears seemed to come true, with the episode ending wit Scott going AWOL
once again when he was supposed to be throwing the family his dinner
party - instead hanging out with rapper Tyga, much to Kourtney's clear
anger ad Kylie's obvious discomfort.
'It
pi**es me off that people like Tyga who should know better, that are
close to our family, don't just find some other friends,' Kourtney
complained to her family, admitting that she 'almost called T screaming
at the absolute top of my lungs' at him.
'Scott
needs to grow some balls and be a bigger person,' Kim snapped, with
Kourtney insisting: 'No, he just needs to grow up. Not for me but for my
kids.'

'I
thought Scott was finding his way - and his balance,' Kris said later,
clearly upset. 'I'm really disappointed and worried about him. It breaks
my heart.'
Kim had less drama that her sisters, instead supplying the lightest moments of the episode.
She
started by talking about how she was using cabbages on her breasts to
help control the discomfort as she weaned off breastfeeding baby son
Saint, showing photos of him and calling him 'the most beautiful boy I
have ever seen.'
She
then fell asleep while everyone was talking to her, with Kourtney
joking: 'That is why Kim and Kanye are together, you guys - because they
fall asleep at the drop of a dime.'
