Justin Bieber is being sued for $100,000 over claims he smashed up a mobile phone, according to reports in the US.
The 22-year-old
is accused of destroying Robert Earl Morgan's mobile phone when he
tried to record footage of the singer attempting to chug a beer bong.
The incident allegedly took place at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas, last month.
According
to the lawsuit filed by Morgan and obtained by TMZ, Justin became
"enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces".
He
is suing for such a large amount because the phone contained impossible
to replace pictures, including those of his grandmother's 100th
birthday party and up to 5,000 images and videos from his travels.
Morgan also claims that he lost a number of business contacts when the phone was destroyed.

Bieber has yet to comment on the allegations.
The
alleged incident is believed to have taken place on the same night
Bieber was spotted mischievously stubbing a cigarette out on his support
act Post Malone's arm.
Shocking pictures emerged days later
showing Malone reaching an arm out and grabbing the Canadian pop star -
who appears startled - by the throat.
Taking to Twitter after the shots created a stir on social
media with countless hilarious memes popping up, he denied there was any
beef between them.
"I love Justin y'all tripping lol," the 20-year-old wrote to his 196,000 followers.
"He's my big brother and we like to rough house. If we was
fighting someone would have done something instead of just sit around
while the biebs gets chokeslammed.
"End of story I love jus more than life and the mixtape is on the precipice of release. God bless my fans (sic)."
