The 22-year-old walked from side to side, performing a few dance moves but didn't match the energy of his backup dancers.
'I'm not really a talker, but I'll say thank you to my family. I want to thank God. I want to thank everyone that believed in me and believes in me,' Bieber said.
The singer, who also won the Top Social Media Artist award, began his performance belting out Company while on the stage with a colorful galaxy-esque light show shielding his face.
The lights transformed into a linear and circular pattern in sync with the beat while his face and body were still hidden behind shadows.
Following a red light show, his dancers appeared and Justin came into full view.
One-and-a-half-minutes into his performance, Justin demonstrated his skilled dance moves.
The Grammy winner then followed up with his massive hit, Sorry, as he made his way around the stage.
The Purpose artist, who showed off his impressive vocal talent during his performance, looked handsome in his casual ensemble.
Justin donned ripped light wash denim bottoms, paired with an oversized white T-shirt that had his album title - Purpose - emblazoned on the front.
