Jodie Marsh joined activists outside Parliament on Tuesday for a protest against 'puppy farming

The star - who found solace in her dogs after the breadown of her marriage - was one of many stepping out in Parliament Square this week to speak out against the third party sale of pooches.
Writing on Twitter the evening before the event, the tattooed former model encouraged her fans to come down to support the cause.
She tweeted: "Don't forget I'm protesting outside parliament tomorrow at 10.30am - if you want to join me against puppy farming then please come!! (sic)"

She joined crowds protested against third party sales of pooches

Jodie - who has found solace in her pet pooches after the breakdown of her marriage - was spotted wearing white dungarees and round, bold sunglasses as she joined the crowd at the Boycott Dogs4Us protest.

While she was seen smiling in some pictures, others show her shouting after promising to make "a lot of noise".

She recently shared a picture of her walking her dogs as she revealed it was her "happy place" following her split.

She said in a statement she was going to keep them

It came after she revealed she would be keeping the pooches after separating from James eight months into their marriage.

She wrote: "It is with sadness that I bring you the news that James and I have separated.
"I will be keeping all the dogs with me. I won't be taking calls on the matter as I'd like to be left alone. I thank you in advance for your sensitivity on this subject..."

Other speakers at the event were set to include TV vet Marc Abraham, CARIAD's Linda Goodman, Leigh-Catherine Salway of K-8 Angels, SNP MP Paul Monaghan and Tory MP David Amess.
A description for the protest on Facebook read: "The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Sub-Committee are investigating the sale of dogs as part of their animal welfare inquiry.

"We completely support the aims of national animal welfare organisations to end third party sales of puppies (eg. pet shops and online sales).

"To encourage the members of the sub-committee to seriously consider the evidence put to them we will be staging a peaceful, non confrontational protest outside Parliament."
