Cesc Fabregas looked to be in good spirits as he snapped a celebratory selfie in the Stamford Bridge dressing room after Chelsea came from two goals down to earn a 2-2 draw with Tottenham and hand Leicester the Premier League title.

Spurs headed into Monday night's clash knowing that anything but a win for them would hand the Foxes the top flight crown.

However, the Lilywhites looked on course to be claiming a victory when goals from Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min put the visitors 2-0 up at half-time.

But Chelsea battled back and inspired by the introduction of Eden Hazard at half-time, pulled a goal back when Gary Cahill fired home from close range.

And Hazard continued his scoring run by netting the equaliser with a superb finish into the top corner to earn Chelsea a point and spark wild scenes of celebration in Leicester.

It was a feisty affair at Stamford Bridge, with nine Tottenham players receiving yellow cards.

And Fabregas looked pleased to have played his part in the result by posting the picture above on his personal Snapchat account.
