The Gunners haven’t fared much better in the cup competitions after making premature exits in the Champions League, the FA Cup and the League Cup this year.
However, the north London side have the chance to secure some pride if Arsenal can pip Tottenham Hotspur to a second-place finish.
And Ozil joined Olivier Giroud, Laurent Koscielny, Mathieu Flamini, Serge Gnabry and Francis Coquelin for some grub on Thursday night ahead of their trip to Manchester.
