The video titled, Beyoncé was born in Durban, is a satirical spoof of a South African woman claiming that Beyoncé is her biological daughter.
The video, which trended on YouTube early on Thursday morning, was posted to the video-sharing website on Tuesday and has already been viewed more than 77 000 times.
In the video the woman claims that she gave Beyoncé to an American couple who stayed at the hotel she was working at in 1984.
"I gave her away to keep her safe," the woman says.
