But her tight circle of friends doesn't stop in the States, and she's now working closely with pal Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace to expand her brand overseas.
The pair met on a glamour modelling shoot in London in 2008, and having bonded over their fiery personalities, they've remained in touch ever since.
Now former Big Brother star Aisleyne, 37, has revealed they've been working together for the last six months, with plans to eventually branch into their own reality TV show.
Aisleyne was caught up in an explosive row with Teen Mom star Farrah on the after show last year, resulting in a police investigation - but the charges have since been dropped.
She added: "Amber couldn't believe how they spoke to me, and immediately called me up to ask me if I was OK. We got talking, and one thing led to another."
Recognising similarities between her and Aisleyne, she hopes to continue the work in the UK - with hopes to eventually expand further into a reality show.
"We'll be tackling slut-shaming, and inviting girls on the show to talk about their experiences and call out the guys who did it. I don't want to give too much away, but I will say - watch this space!"
She went on: "It's a great opportunity for both of us. I have built up a name for myself here in the UK, as has Amber in the States, but we can help each other build an international brand now."
Amber, 32, recently reached out to on-off friend Kim Kardashian online, and the pair have built back some bridges ever since.
"Amber has watched Kim [Kardashian] build up a successful business and brand, and she wants to do the same," Aisleyne added.
Aisleyne is set to fly to LA later this month to talk through ideas for the project – and Amber is keen to take her on a few nights out and introduce her to her LA friends - but Aisleyne admitted: "She keeps promising me all these wild nights out. I love a heavy one, but I think I might have met my match with her. I think we'd go for the same type of men though, so I can't wait for her to set me up on some dates."
