Given that they spent Easter together and are still clearly close, Khloe Kardashian's relationship with her estranged husband Lamar Odom has remained a topic of interest.
But it turns out it has been 'years' since the former couple have even kissed.
The
31-year-old confessed just how long it had been since they had locked
lips when she fielded an awkward question from Pauly Shore, as seen in a
sneak peek for an upcoming episode of Kocktails With Khloe.
'I haven't been with Lamar in years':

'Let
me break it down, Kim is with Kanye, you're with Lamar, you're still
with Lamar?' Pauly said as he asked Khloe why 'all' the Kardashians
'date black dudes', a question which she fired back with 'Not all of
us...To me that is a racist question.'
As for the basketball player, Khloe insisted: 'I'm not still with Lamar.'
But you like Lamar?' Pauly pressed.
'No,
I love Lamar,' Khloe said. 'But I haven't been with Lamar in years. I
haven't been sexually - I haven't kissed Lamar in years,' she specified.
'I haven't

But do I
love Lamar? Do I always want the best for Lamar? A hundred percent.
Because I don't believe that you marry someone, you just cut them off,'
she said.
Khloe and Lamar had a whirlwind romance, and married in September 2009 exactly one month after they met.
The
31-year-old reality star filed for divorce in December 2013 amid
rumours Lamar had been abusing drugs and after he admitted to
infidelity.

The
couple's divorce was soon-to-be finalised when Lamar suffered his
overdose, and Khloe had the proceedings stopped in order to make medical
decisions on his behalf as his wife.
Lamar
is still on the road to recovery after suffering multiple strokes when
he collapsed at Love Ranch brothel on October 13 - with reports that he
had a 50/50 chance of surviving.
The sports star had allegedly been using cocaine and herbal Viagra during a four day binge and fell into a coma.

Khloe
and her family dropped everything to be by Lamar's side after he was
rushed to hospital, and Khloe spent much of her time over the next
couple of months at his bedside, before overseeing his transfer to a
rehabilitation facility.
The
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said during an episode of her show
Kocktails With Khloe last month that re-marrying the sports star 'would
be like the best dream'.
But Khloe added: 'OK, I hope that first marriage could happen again but it's really hard to erase everything that happened.
'Just
building a friendship back is what I'm doing now, it has nothing
intimately, nothing at all, just pure love and I want someone to learn
how to love themselves again.'
