Eden Hazard appears to be in good shape as he bid to return to action from injury with Chelsea

Eden Hazard has taken to social media to show off his latest pair of Nike trainers as the Chelsea playmaker continues to work on his fitness levels.

The 25-year-old pulled out of international duty with Belgium after suffering an injury during Chelsea’s Champions League defeat by Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month.

Hazard is expected to be out of action for three to four weeks with the problem as he bids to return to the Chelsea team to help them finish as high as possible in the Premier League table.

And the playmaker, who has been heavily linked with a transfer away from Chelsea in recent weeks, looked to be in good spirits as he posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account.

Hazard shared the photo and wrote: “Happy Air Max Day ! These are my favorite, show me yours ? #AIRMAX #AIRMAXDAY @NIKESPORTSWEAR”
