With Kim Kardashian feeling the strain of pregnancy,Kanye West has been stepping up the daddy duties.
The
38-year-old rapper-turned-designer was seen taking the couple's
adorable two-year-old girl North to ballet class in Los Angeles,
California on Wednesday.
Joining
the duo were Kourtney Kardashian and her daughter Penelope, three, who
provided the perfect companion to the tutu-clad North.
Daddy's girl: Kanye West stepped up
the daddy duties by taking daughter North to ballet class on Wednesday -
and letting the heavily pregnant Kim rest
North was
her daddy's little princess, looking cute in her green leotard and
frilly tulle skirt, pink ballet slippers and her hair in the proper
topknot befitting a ballernina.
Kanye's daughter was also sporting a cool camouflage coat that matched her outfit.
The soon-to-be father-of-two was allowing Kim a much-needed rest as she deals with pregnancy weight gain, cravings and bloating.
'I'm gaining a lot of weight,' the 35-year-old wrote on her blog

With North, Kanye was ever attentive, allowing time for North to socialise a little with her cousin and aunt Kourtney.
Kourtney
was casually slim in black leggings and a warming chocolate-brown
hoodie, along with a grey baseball cap and black trainers.
Penelope
looked cute in a black leather coat, black tights and black ballet
slippers, and her long golden-brown hair was caught up in a ponytail.
Need a pep talk: it took some coaxing on Kanye's part to get North to come along

Finally the Yeezus star managed to coax North back to the car, making sure she didn't wander far from his grasp.
Patiently he waited while North took her sweet time clambering into the big gun-metal SUV, the door of which he held open.
Meanwhile,
the final weeks of pregnancy are weighing on Kim, who took to her
website to rave that her unborn baby is about the size of 'A REALLY
heavy pineapple.'

Following
her eighth month check-up at the doctor's office, Kim described the
'anxiety' she is feeling, 'knowing my baby is so big and I'm gaining a
lot of weight.
'My
doctor wants me to manage it better, but it's hard to! I have gained
more than I did the first pregnancy. I'm up 52 pounds so far, with six
weeks to go.'
Of course, her cravings aren't helping the situation, adding she wants 'Ice cream now and that is not good, LOL!'
'Big' baby: The reality star said that
her and Kanye's unborn son 'will be a big baby, they said. North was
just four pounds, so this is new to me. This baby is already seven
pounds'
She wrote she suddenly dislikes... 'Working out. It's just too hard at this point.'

Right
now, she wrote, she's obsessed with: 'Getting a massage now. My feet
and hands are swelling and it all goes down when I get a massage.'
On
a lighter note, the second-time mom-to-be shared that her family is:
'Gearing up for the baby with me. The decorating has begun!'
She likes being carried: Kim might be carrying a lot of pregnancy weight, but Kanye handled North just fine
More time with dad: With six weeks to go before the baby is born, Kanye will be spending lots more time with North
