They broke
up at the end of 2014 and Irina Shayk recently hinted that her ex
Cristiano Ronaldo made her feel 'ugly and insecure'.
With
the split seemingly becoming less and less amicable, Ronaldo's older
sister Elma Aveiro Caires has now compared the Russian model to 'death'.
Sharing
her views on the end of the relationship, Elma, 41, revealed that her
family are learning how to 'move forward and overcome' Shayk's departure
from their lives.

Despite her
rather dramatic description of the breakup, Elma, who manages
Cristiano’s store in their native Madeira, she said that her brother was
coping just fine with life as a single man.
The 41-year-old asserted: 'He's fine with or without a woman on the side. He's happy.

Elma
also stated that Cristiano and Irina calling time on their five year
union was like that of an ordinary couple and appeared to clarify that
there was no chance of a reconciliation.
She continued: 'This separation was like a normal couple. Finished and ready. Finished and ready . Now is to move on.'
