won the Australian Open women's title for the sixth time, so it's no
surprise Serena Williams wanted to look her best when she was
photographed with her trophy on Sunday.
But
the professional tennis player, 33, who has a to die-for physique,
proved that even world number one's sometimes need the help of Spanx to
smooth out her killer curves.
The
American beauty oozed confidence as her supportive undergarment peeked
through her white figure-hugging panel skirt while she grinned from
ear-to-ear for photographers at the Royal Exhibition Building in
Melbourne.

The
brunette stunner teamed her pencil skirt with a black leather crop top,
revealing her enviable toned midriff and her voluptuous bust, finishing
off the look with matching mesh stiletto heels.
Serena
swept her long dark locks off her face into a simple sleek ponytail and
kept her makeup to the minimum with a little bit of shadow on the eyes
and a natural lip.
For
accessories, the sportswoman wore a large white watch to match her
skirt and a thin silver chain, but her prized possession was, of course,
the Daphne Akhurst memorial cup, which she was awarded after beating
Maria Sharapova on Saturday.

The
underwear model's bootylicious body has been the subject of much
attention lately after fronting the latest 'bounce' campaign for
Australian lingerie brand, Berlei.
After
years of stocking up on the local label every time she took a trip Down
Under, the company began working with the star in 2012 to create bras
that matched with her tournament outfits.
Speaking
previously about her connection with Berlei, Serena said: 'My mom
discovered the brand in Myer on a trip to Australia 10 years ago and I
have been wearing their sports bras ever since.'

The
ambassador for the brand stars in the new TV commercial, which shows
her stripping down to the pretty bras and matching bottoms.
Serena told The Daily Telegraph in
an interview from the set of the advert in Miami that she wasn't
afraid to show off her body on camera because she's proud of her figure.
She
explained: 'In our society we're often led to believe we have to look a
certain way but I have learned to be proud of my curves and to embrace
them.'
