characters in the form of Scandal’s Olivia Pope to film an appearance on
Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Selena
caused jaws to drop as she arrived at the Los Angeles studio in a navy
dress that was strapless with a low-scooping neckline to showcase her
cleavage.

former Disney star posted a photo of the look on her Instagram page
where she revealed she got her inspiration from the character made
famous by Kerry Washington.

pink lips as she made her way into the building while fans screamed
