Kim Kardashian has raved about her 'waist training' corset as a means to slim down.

The proof was in the reality star's ultra toned, tiny torso that peeked out from a sexy two-piece outfit as she arrived at Geoffrey's in Malibu on Wednesday for Bruce Jenner's birthday party.

Kim was dressed provocatively in a clingy crew-necked white crop top that left little to the imagination, along with a form-hugging white maxi-length skirt.

She'd thrown on a light, cream-coloured coat that billlowed in her wake, but most impressive were those sculpted abs.

The mother-of-one was proud to show off the results of what she calls 'waist training,' in which she wears a steel-boned corset for several hours a day to help trim that hard spot. 

That same day, Kim shared a selfie that showed her wearing the contraption while standing in her mother Kris Jenner's house.

''I'm really obsessed with waist training!'' Kim wrote, adding: 'Thank you @premadonna87 for my new waist shapers! #whatsawaist.'

By the way, Jessica Alba also swore by 'the corset diet' to lose weight after two pregnancies.

'I wore a double corset day and night for three months,' Jessica told Net-A-Porter last year, adding: 'It was sweaty, but worth it.'

Wearing delicately strapped beige heels, Kim strolled inside the restaurant with a high level of confidence even in that revealing ensemble.

She wore her long hair pulled back in a slick ponytail and red-framed sunglasses shaded her eyes.

Kim was joined by her sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, along with Kylie and Kendall Jenner, at the belated birthday celebration for stepfather Bruce, who turned 65 on Tuesday.

Khloe, 30, displayed her remarkable hourglass figure too in a black outfit with metallic jacket and stiletto boots.

She waltzed inside the upscale eatery with her aviator sunglasses shielding her eyes from glare.

Kendall was femininely chic in a pink jumpsuit and denim jacket, while her younger sister Kylie was characteristically Goth in a black zippered jacket over a black turtleneck and shorts, and rugged lace-up black boots.
