Khloe Kardashian looked gloomy as she left the gym in Beverly Hills on Tuesday

It's coming up to a year since she filed for divorce from husband Lamar Odom. 

And with a recent break-up from rapper French Montana this summer, Khloe Kardashian probably has a lot to reflect on.

The 30-year-old reality star appeared lost in her thoughts on Tuesday as she left the gym, hours after posting a gloomy message on her Instagram account.

The black text on a stark white background read: 'I'm not the girl I used to be, I admit, I lot of sh*t got to me.'

The youngest Kardashian - who fans love for her quick wit and fun-loving personality - is perhaps reflecting on recent events, especially when it comes to romance as her sisters start their own families.

Last week her sister Kim, 33, took to Twitter to rant about people who share too many quotes on social media saying 'People who post lots of quotes have major issues lol'.

However, she later denied she was referring to her younger sister and in any case it appears Khloe didn't take it to heart - waiting just a week before sharing another heartfelt message with her followers.

Khloe has been throwing herself into a brutal workout regime in recent weeks seemingly keeping herself busy after her seven month relationship with French ended.

And Tuesday was no different except this time Khloe drowned herself in baggy layers including a black hooded sweatshirt with which she covered her head.

She teamed it with black and white snakeskin leggings and hot pink trainers but kept a low profile with jet black shades - hiding most of her face.

In December it will be a year since the businesswoman filed from divorce from basketball star Lamar, 34. 

And September 27 was their five year wedding anniversary, which neither publicly acknowledged
