Judge Thokozile Masipa has said in her judgment that paralympian Oscar Pistorius can't be found guilty of the premeditated murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
While he can't be found guilty of premeditated murder it "is not the end of the matter as culpable homicide is a competent verdict", said Judge Thokozile Masipa
Trevor Noah joined other voices on social media to express his shock at the judgment so far and even compared the Oscar trial to that of Jub Jub Morayne.
Last year Trevor received backlash from celebrities and fans for a controversial tweet he posted, in which he took a stab at Oscar Pistorius.
