26-year-old singer evoked the spirit of the precocious nymphet in
Lolita as she headed to designer Adam Selman's presentation during New
York Fashion Week on Friday.
Rihanna's
simply-styled, sleeveless dress with the flaring mini hemline harked
back to the 1990s when they were all the rage, but she made it her own
with a few additions.

cool on this late summer day as she went about her eventful day.

Once at the fashion show, RIhanna became a star attraction as sh posed with the designer himself, Adam Selman.
Selman's
runway was described as 'an old-school salon show, meets a '90s
supermodel moment, meets Clueless,' according to Style.com.
His Spring 2015 collection featured fun, loose dresses and two-piece ensembles for the young adventurer.
Rihanna certainly was having a fun time as she posed backstage where all the action was happening.

listening to music blasting from a high-tech sound system on the top
deck.

who was joined in her trip by close friend Melissa Forde, also took a

Twitter followers.
Meanwhile,
her controversial ex, Chris Brown, gave his first interview since his
