But Khloe Kardashian knows that a good regime is nothing without a healthy diet to go with it.
The 30-year-old was seen snacking on a banana before heading in for her next grueling session in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

she would likely need the sustenance as the brunette beauty has been
working with expert trainer to the stars Gunnar Peterson.
She
arrived at the facility in a figure-hugging all black workout ensemble
including black cropped leggings and a clingy tank-top.
Keeping out the morning chill she donned a snug hoodie and scraped her long locks into a high ponytail.

and finished the look with some oversize aviators with studding detail
around the frames.

curvy brunette was seen performing multiple squats in a new Instagram
snap posted Tuesday, under the watchful eye of trainer Gunnar.
She captioned: 'Squat!!! Because no one ever wrote a song about a small a** right @gunnarfitness??'
It seems that Khloe is trying to keep busy and focused on getting in shape after her split with French Montana this summer.

Meanwhile, her five year wedding anniversary to ex Lamar Odom falls this Sunday.
Still, there has been no word about how she will spend the anniversary.
There
have been several reports from HollywoodLife that the former NBA great
is interested in mending ties with his wife. 'They are in constant
communication,' a source told the site. 'They are talking about the
possibility of getting back together.' But no reunion has been
evidenced.
There
is also no word of when or if her divorce will go through. Her mother
Kris Jenner, however, filed for divorce from husband Bruce on Monday.

reported that Kris is not pressuring Khloe to finalize the split. A
source told the publication: 'While Kris is a big influence in Khloe’s
life, that girl makes her own decisions. Yes, her mother is always there
to guide her, give her advice and listen.
'And Kris will often speak her mind, but in the end, all her girls make their own choices,'
The
source added: 'Whatever Khloe decides to do, as far as Lamar is
concerned, it will be based off her own choices and come from her
heart,'
