She is committed to her workout regimen, hitting the gym nearly every day of the week.
And on Monday Khloe Kardashian kept up with her routine as she was spotted heading to her local fitness centre in Los Angeles.
The
30-year-old let her skin breathe as she went make-up free for the
outing and wore a bright red bandanna, clearly prepared for a sweaty
cardio busting session.

Showing off her toned legs, the reality star sported pedal pusher tights and black Nike trainers.
With a knapsack strapped to her back, Khloe sipped on a bottle of water as she wore a dark aviator sunglasses.
The Kardashian made sure to not miss a day at the gym all of last week
and clearly proud of her workout prowess, Khloe posted a video of
herself in action at the gym with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.

'I'm not sure what's funnier... Gunnar's commentary or my weird waddle,' she wrote alongside the footage of herself mid workout.
Earlier this year, the celebrity trainer revealed the secret behind the reality star's regime.
'Khloé works so hard. She's killing it in
the gym. There are no shortcuts,' he told E! Online, revealing that the
TV personality's workout consists of 'plyometric pushups, the sled,
dead lifts, resistance bands and ab movement,' with plenty of
repetition.

'You get
definition from repetition. That includes repetition in the act of going
to the gym. Khloé comes in three, four, five times a week, and that's
someone who has an incredibly demanding schedule,' he said.
The trainer also advises his clients to cut out sugar, eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and drink lots of water.
'Try
to eat food in its closest to natural state as possible. If you eat
sugar, eat it early in the day,' he said. 'Sugar is like white death!
