As a former pop star and now fashion designer, Victoria Beckham has one of the most enviable wardrobes on earth.
Now the stylish star is auctioning off 600 pieces from her no doubt full-to-bursting closet in partnership with The Outnet, to raise money for charity Mothers2Mothers.
Ten
of the items are set to go under the hammer as part of a special
'Going, Going, Gone' reverse auction, where the price will reduce by a
fixed amount every five minutes before it reaches its end price over a
period of six hours - unless the item is sold before the end of the
sixth hour.
Make it yours! A designer dress from
Victoria Beckham's wardrobe is going up for auction on The Outnet on
Wednesday evening, as part of a special fundraising effort by the
stylish star
The first two pieces are available for auction from 6.30pm AEST Wednesday, one of which is a grey dress by designer Antonio Beradi.
The fitted frock was worn by Victoria when she and David stepped out with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes in New York City in 2008.
The Beckhams and the former couple, who have since split, once had a firm friendship, frequently attending events together.
Iconic: Victoria famously wore the
grey fitted Antonio Beradi frock in New York in 2008 when she went with
husband David, their children, and Tom Cruise to see Cruise's then wife
Katie in a Broadway play

It
was on one such outing, when David and Victoria and their children
accompanied Tom to watch then wife Katie perform on Broadway in All My
Sons, that the fashionista stepped out in the Antonio Beradi designer.
The other piece set to go under the hammer on Wednesday night is a red bomber jacket embroidered with her moniker.
The 40-year-old wore the bold piece as part of a stage costume when she performed with the Spice Girls.

'People
have been looking at pictures of me for many years and a lot of these
pieces have been photographed and are very recognisable,' Victoria
revealed.
'They’re
special pieces and are well made designer pieces, and I figured that
maybe there’s some good homes that these beautiful pieces can go to, and
let’s try and make a difference while we’re doing that.'
The
coveted items have been evaluated by Christie's auction house and will
be available for bidding on fashion website The Outnet.
