Kris
Jenner's former lover Todd Waterman has never really dished the dirt on
his reported two-year affair with the married reality star, who he saw
when she was still married to attorney husband Robert Kardashian.
That's
because, according to his mother Ilza, the 58-year-old Keeping Up With
The Kardashians star made him sign an agreement in the past few years
promising that he would not talk, according to an interview she did with
RadarOnline.
'They
were at her office and Kris said, "I would like you to sign this for
me,"' Todd's mother said. 'She never paid him for anything. When people
have a lot of money they never pay for the things that they do. They can
always get away with it.'

When
he asked her why she wanted him to sign the paper, Jenner responded,
‘Even my mother had to sign one,’ according to Ilza. Then Todd said,
‘I’ll sign it if you sign
something not to talk about me and to not speak about us anymore.’
Waterman
- who was only 24-years-old to her 36 years when they had a romance -
was afraid she would bring up his name for more fame. 'He
said he didn’t want her using him in books or newspapers and magazines
to build up her public persona,' Ilza told Radar.
Todd - who was a soccer star during his affair with the star but now works as an animator - was approached by Kris after he told MailOnline in January 2012 about their 'wild' sex life.

Her love life sure has had its ups and downs:
Kris saw Todd for two years - when she was with Robert Kardashian and
when she first started dating Bruce Jenner, who she's pictured with here
in February
'Our first time [we had sex] was in her friend’s closet. We found a little place in the house and consummated the relationship,' he revealed.
'It was a magical night, surreal. I think it was two people who were both open to experiencing something in their life at that time. It was fate, we invited it and we just ran with it and from that point on. We didn’t hold back.'
Todd
came to fame in 2012, on season seven of Kris' E! show, when she ran
into him when having a tennis lesson. Ilza maintains that was a set up
for the show.

Waterman,
who Kris wrote about in her 2001 memoir Kris Jenner…And All Things
Kardashian, but identified as 'Ryan,' was stunned when Jenner walked
into his country club.
'He told me she came in with cameras. He couldn’t believe it. She had to have known he was there,' Ilza recalled.
'He really didn’t want this to happen. He didn’t want to bring this up in the open like this,' she said.
'He
never even looked at her reality show. Even when he was on it he didn’t
watch the show. Or [read] the magazines. But I kept copies of
everything.'
When
Kris wanted Todd to appear on Keeping Up With The Kardashians again,
her current husband Bruce Jenner stepped in and said no way.
'Todd said Bruce wasn’t comfortable,' added the mom.

When the affair was taking place in the nineties, Ilza thought Kris was 'separated' from Robert, a prominent attorney who is the father of Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob.
'She
wouldn’t talk about her husband with me. If she did I would have said,
"What are you doing here with my son? What are you doing coming after my
young son with all of these kids?"' added Ilza.
Kris and Todd were so close, she would often bring her children along on their dates.
'It
was very serious. It was something strange that happens. It sounds like
an affair to remember. They went skiing, went to games. That’s why I
thought she was separated because they went everywhere,' added Todd's mother.
The relationship ended when Robert called her house asking for Kris.
'He
called in the middle of the night. This man called [Todd] asking if he
knew where his wife was,' she continued. 'He [Kardashian] was very
upset. I picked up and he said, "She’s with your son." I said to him,
"It’s 2:30 in the morning, your wife is 36 and my son is 24. I suggest
you talk with your wife and I’ll talk with my son."'
Ilza told Todd to stay away from Jenner and that's when he moved to England.
She
has considered writing a book but doesn't want to get her son in
trouble. 'It could be dangerous for him. You never know what people with
money can do,' she added.
The new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired Sunday, where Kourtney announced she was pregnant again.
