Her trip comes on the same day more details of her reported rehab stay emerged in Billboard Magazine.
A source told Billboard the two-week stay at Dawn at the Meadows, a treatment center in Arizona last month, is known in Selena's circle as 'Project Wellness'.
The insider told Billboard: 'She was burnt out after a relentless year of back-to-back films, concerts, TV, touring and all the promotional work that goes along with it. She needed a break.'

The star had vowed to 'get healthy' but not because she was 'hooked to booze, Ambien and pot' as it had been reported, the source said.
'She’s not that girl. Does she party and have the occasional joint? Yes. Does she drink when she goes out? Yes. But she’s not struggling with drug addiction or alcoholism. I’ve never seen her out of control. There’s no needle dangling out of her arm.'
