Sulaimon Abari, 26 and O’tega Daniel, 27, have been arraigned before an Ibadan Magistrate Court for practicing sodomy with a Secondary School pupil.They were arraigned on a three-count charge of the offence committed at Osungbade, Ibadan, in November last years.
Abari and Daniel were said to have lured the pupil into a room and forcefully sucked his penis in turns.
The offences are punishable under Sections 217 and 516 (A) of the Criminal Code Cap.38, Vol.II, Laws of Oyo State, 2000.
But the defendants have been granted bail in the sum of N100,000 with one blood relation as surety.
