Strutting across the dancefloor together, the girls appeared to be deep in conversation, no doubt enjoying a well-earned gossip after their stint on the BBC celebrity dance show wrapped shortly before Christmas.
Breaking into a fit of giggles as they shared a joke, the Liverpudlian model and the BBC Breakfast presenter looked like the best of friends as they shared a cute cuddle on set.
While the ladies were initially covered up in fleecy jackets, they revealed their stunning Strictly ensembles as they took to the dancefloor with their respective professional partners, Aljaz Skorjanec and Kevin Clifton.

The 27-year-old WAG showcased her enviably slim figure in a nude sequin bodice and a powder blue full skirt, while wearing her ash blonde locks swept back off her face into a high ponytail as she displayed her dancefloor moves.
Meanwhile, Susanna, 43, looked equally glamorous in her ballgown, which featured a striking assymetric neckline and dazzling diamate embellishment.

Writing on her Twitter page after her appearance, she said: 'Lovely to be on One Show w/ gorgeous @MissAlexjones & dancing w/ @keviclifton again. Looking forward to the #SCD tour.'
Although the girls were thrilled to see each other at the television reunion, they were no doubt just as delighted to catch up with Deborah Meaden, Nicky Byrne and Natalie Gumede, who also appeared with their dancing partners on the BBC evening show.
The One Show host Alex Jones even threw herself into the spirit of things with vigour, dressing up in a pretty sparkly dress to present the special episode.

Meanwhile, Abbey displayed her long lean limbs in black workout leggings and a fur-lined gilet as she practised her moved alongside hunky Aljaz.

The star is back in the dance studio with the Slovenian dancer ahead of the upcoming Strictly tour, which kicks off in Birmingham on January 17.
Away from the dancefloor Abbey is gearing up for her birthday, announcing to Twitter followers earlier on Thursday: 'My birthday tomorrow!’
After lifting the Strictly Glitterball Trophy with Aljaz at the end of December, the model praised footballer husband Peter Crouch for his support throughout the series.

She said: 'I just can’t wait to be with Sophia. She’s loved every second of Strictly, so I can’t wait to take the Glitterball home. She’s going to be over the moon.
'I want to spend time with my baby and then we start the tour in the first week of January, so there won’t be much rest.
