The 34-year-old model is said to be 'smitten' with the chiselled 25-year-old hunk after having moved on from her on/off relationship with ex Danny Cipriani following his alleged infidelity.
A source told The Sun newspaper: 'Kelly really likes him but has been trying to keep it quiet as she wants to get serious.

The source added: 'Danny now realises she is well capable of moving on and it's killing him.'
According to reports, Danny, who has been romantically involved with Kelly on and off since 2008, did his best to win hi former love back over Christmas by presenting her with a Cartier diamond bracelet.

'Danny knows that he's messed up but they've been getting close over the past few weeks.'
But she is believed to be ignoring his advances while getting close to heavily-tattooed Harvey and has even posted a photograph of him on her Instagram account.

Kelly and ex-boyfriend Danny first split in 2010 and she began dating another rugby player, Thom Evans, but rekindling her romance with her Danny.
They split again in August this year after she discovered he had cheated on her with a number of women.
Kelly's representative declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline for comment on the Harvey rumours. However, a source told MailOnline that Harvey is currently not dating anyone.
