The 29-year-old singer looked ready to curl up in bed and forget about the world for a while, as she touched down in New York on Monday morning.
Less than 24 hours earlier, the pop star had been belting out her hit Unconditionally at London's Wembley Arena.

Katy - who dressed in a bird inspired couture gown for the evening - was probably pretty glad she could fly away almost as soon as the performance was over.
The star was slammed by the English audience whom accused her oh having patchy vocals, so it was no wonder Katy preferred to keep her head down as she left the airport.
The songstress' appearance matched her mood, with the 29-year-old leaving the galmour of her gold couture creation behind in favour of a more casual look of grey tracksuit pants and padded three-quarter length Parker and ugg boots.

Keeping with her relaxed look, the star threw her dark hair back into a messy bun and pushed the rest of her hair out of her face with a mutli-coloured headband.
Katy also left her face makeup-free so she wrapped her scarf up high to protect it from the cold.
As a well seasoned travel, Katy made sure to make her first class travel even comfortable, bringing her own blanket.
Katy snuggled into the blanket like it was her childhood blankie - except, of course now she's a star, her blankie was by Chanel.

The star's performance on X Factor was highly anticipated but while the Californian starlet impressed with her attention-grabbing look, her vocals weren't quite so highly-praised by television viewers, who flocked to Twitter to slate her performance.
One user on the micro-blogging site wrote: 'Katy p should have learnt her lesson from last time and MiMED.'
Another fumed: 'What number do we call to vote Katy Perry off?'.
