The 21-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model is said to have called it quits with Dancing With The Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Kate and the 33-year-old Maksim apparently had trouble keeping the relationship going with their busy schedules and so decided to break up, Us Weekly has reported.

'They are really good friends still and speak all the time, but their schedules just made it too difficult and it fell apart,' a source was quoted telling the magazine.
'[Chmerkovskiy] has a lot of respect for her, but it just wasn't working anymore.'
The couple hooked up in June, as reported in Us Weekly, and let the public in on their romance as they enjoyed a hand-in-hand stroll in New York's West Village on September 26.

Maksim spoke of Kate glowingly a month later as he attended the opening of his brother Val's Valentin Clothing At Philippe in Beverly Hills.
'She's an amazing person,' Maksim told Us Weekly at the October 17 bash.
'We have an incredible time together, and, you know, I definitely didn't see that coming and I think neither did she.

Kate, meanwhile, is looking ahead to the release of her new movie The Other Woman, co-starring Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann, and due out in US theatres on April 25.
The shapely beauty puts her famous curves on display in the comedy's new trailer, which sees her running along a beach in a white bikini.
Kate tweeted the trailer on her Twitter account, excitedly writing: 'Had so much fun with these girls- #LeslieMann and @CameronDiaz... Check it out!'
