But Abbey Clancy could give a lesson in multi-tasking as she proved on Wednesday morning when she was spotted out and about with her two-year-old tot.
The 27-year-old, who was dressed in sports attire, was seen holding hands with her little one as they hopped into the car.
Daughter dearest: Abbey Clancy was seen with her daughter Sophia on Wednesday in London
Showing no signs of the strain of rehearsals Abbey looked fresh faced but kept her sunglasses on despite the foggy weather.
She wore a pair of black tracksuit bottoms, with a black bomber style jacket and black trousers.
Sophia, meanwhile was dressed in a pair of grey bottoms, with a black pair of boots and a padded black jacket.
Juggling: Abbey held a couple of bags, her car keys and her daughter's hand
Sporty: Abbey left the house dressed in her sports gear no doubt ready for another rehearsal
Her blonde hair, which is exactly the same shade as her mother’s, was tied back in big bunches, swinging from either side of her head.
On Tuesday the model was seen picking up some fast food before heading to rehearsals - this week she has to learn not just one but two dances with her hunky partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
She has a lot to live up to following her stunning waltz last Saturday and her full marks earlier in the series.

And while all the celebrities have been busy training the professional dancers have been competing to beat a world record in the Strictly Come Dancing Pro Challenge for It Takes Two on BBC Two.
The dancer had to do the most number of Drunken Sailor jive moves in 30 seconds.
Last year they competed for Guinness World Record for most number of jive kicks, as part of a challenge.
And it was Flavia Cacace who was crowned winner and holds the world record for most jive kicks in 30 seconds. The world record holder will be crowned next Thursday on the show, 6.30pm on BBC 2.
Hard work: Kevin Clifton looked a little out of breath following his turn
On your marks: Aliona Vilani was keen to break the record herself
Do the paps camp outside her house?!?! Its disgraceful seeing pics of her every day in at least one red top, of her leaving her house!
