Katy Perry has finally managed to wave goodbye to the enormous 'Park Hill' Hollywood mansion she shared with ex-husband Russell Brand for $5.988million, according to Celebuzz, after trying to sell the former love nest since April.
It took a couple of years and more than one discount by the 29-year-old songstress, but she is finally able to be loyal to her two other two Hollywood Hills pads, which tally together at a value of $11.5million.

Prior to that, back in June the Roar singer slashed $430,000 off the asking price for the property, obviously not getting too many serious bites.

The German celebrity has been house-hunting in Los Angeles with her boyfriend Martin Kristen for a 'family home' to house the couple and her four children - Leni, nine, Henry, seven, Johan, six, and Lou, three.
The couple were believed to be interested in the property because the children's bedrooms would be on the same floor as the master bedroom enabling them to keep a close eye on their brood.

The Mediterranean style mansion was bulit in 1921 and the grand entry leads into an elegantly fitted out two-story living room overlooking all of Los Angeles and the city’s dramatic skyline.
The property has a separate two-story guest house that was formerly a caretaker’s apartment on the lower level and a Carriage House on the second level for auto storage.
In case one guest house wasn't enough, a second was built in more recent times and it's so large and complete that it's enough to be its own private residence - plenty of room for Katy's friends to hang out and stay the night.

Katy, 29, moved on in the property stakes back in August.
