Shielding herself from the chilly Manhattan air, Kate covered up her curvaceous figure with the fluffy white bathrobe as make-up artists and hairdressers scurried around her.
A woman also stood by holding a cooked sausage nestled in a bun, as Kate mused over devouring the dog.
For the shoot, it appeared that Kate was clad in Haute Couture, with a snippet of her black and white lace dress seen underneath the gown.
Her height was bolstered by a pair of black stilettos and her hair coiffed in her now signature blonde bombshell look.

Kate got the VIP treatment from Testino who was seen ushering her around on set.
The supermodel has worked with the famed snapper before, when he photographed her for the June 2013 issue of US Vogue.
