She has kept a dignified silence regarding rumours that she is pregnant despite speculation mounting over the last few weeks.
And it seems there is only one baby in Kerry Washington’s life at the moment – her pet Shorkie Josie.
The actress was seen lovingly carrying her right hand women in her designer dog bag as she headed out of LA on Monday.

Looking laid-back ahead of her flight the 36-year-old wore a pair of loose fitting black trousers with a black top and a blue striped scarf drapped around her.

 

In keeping with the casual look she slipped on a pair of trainers and kept her hair off her face in ponytail.
Shielding her eyes from any waiting photographers the Django Unchained star slipped on a large pair of sunglasses to complete her jet setting look.

Josie, who is a shih tzu yorkie hybrid, has been a big part of the beautiful actress’s life for some time and she is regularly seen accompanying her on shoots or on the set of Scandal.
Last week the ‘is-she-isn’t she’ debate about whether Kerry was expecting was ignited once again after a teaser for Good Morning America aired during the break for her hit show Scandal.
It showed Kerry whispering to GMA host Robin Roberts and viewers were encouraged to tune into Friday's show to see the 36-year-old actress 'share something special' on the programme.

As it turned out, Kerry was speaking about her involvement in a new documentary film Girl Rising, which is being screened in communities across the globe today to mark the International Day Of The Girl.
The film shares the plight of nine girls in third world countries and their efforts to get education against all odds - Kerry is just one of  the A-list stars alongside Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep and Alicia Keys who narrate the stories.

Gossip that Kerry was expecting a child first began to circulate when she married in private with just her parents and sister in attendance in June.

Kerry, wed San Francisco 49ers cornerback Nnamdi, 32, in Ohio after dating for a year.
