Joan Rivers lead the way as an oversized Miley Cyrus as did Kelly Osbourne as Christina Hendricks, when the show's hosts went all out to hilariously dress up as other celebrities.
Sofia Vergara, Lena Dunham and Giuliana Rancic herself were all represented in an outrageous spoof by the group of fashion savvy stars of the E! series.

But Joan's version was not without a twist, as she teamed the gaudy orange spandex with a fat suit and wagged a long, red, pointy tongue out of her mouth in a grotesque depiction of Miley's tongue poking antics.
The 80-year-old television veteran showed her unwavering sense of humour as she approached Melissa Rivers - who was dressed as Giuliana Rancic - and waved her makeshift pointing finger at her.

Kelly's impression of Christina Hendricks was equally impressive, as she even talked the same designer who made the Mad Men star's Emmy's dress (Christian Siriano) into re-creating the garment for her Halloween costume.
'I hope I did her justice!!' Kelly tweeted, adding: 'PS I had to wear three bras!!'
At one point, Melissa - as Giuliana - had the usually purple-haired star approach a box which the hosts joked was 'a camera for every imaginable purpose'.

Kelly poked her elevated breasts into the camera, and thus it became the 'cleavage cam'.
'Those things are per-fec-tion.com!' said Melissa, of the super close-up image of the star's cleavage.
Giuliana's impression of Sofia Vergara was also impressive, with the host decking herself out in a sparkling red gown and excessive eye makeup to impersonate the Modern Family star.
Lena Dunham as re-created by George Kotsiopoulos was dressed in the same blue and red floral gown that the Girls star and writer wore to the Emmy's this year.
